01. Storage Ingredient, Packaging
Ingredient /Packaging stocked
- We try to our best to minimized warehoused ingredient. Subsidiary materials, We observe expiry date, We keep proper supply and best quality not to quality inferior according to surplus.
Ingredient /Packaging audit
- To upgrade product quality ; We start “High quality ingredient& packaging as a first step. We check color, Fragrance, PH, Weight, Solidity, Percentage of functionality, Heavy metal and do Micro organism testing on safely warehoused ingredient. Subsidiary testing goes through Appearance, Outer size, color, Pump’s pumping test. Various and tough check procedure is for perfect quality in ingredient/Subsidiary materials.
Ingredient/Packaging Storage
- Ingredient Passed from test applied on barcode label where ingredient code, Box unit etc contents scripted. We use ingredient which is warehoused in advance, then we keep expiry date. Barcode label applied ingredient classified in each ingredient feature per temperature such as Low temper(0~15’C), room temper(25’C),high temper (45’C).
